planning
We plan collaboratively with organisers to optimise the use of spaces and routes, making the most of each event and designing the sales layout. We create solutions for the communal areas (reception, entrances, relaxing and catering areas, show areas, stages, etc.). We design wooden and laminate pre-fittings and put together sales packages for exhibitors and sponsors.
service management
We prepare pre-fittings and catalogues for furnishings and accessories. On request, we handle exhibitor requests, catalogue mailings and order collection.
logistics
We manage all the materials and coordinate their delivery to the event location. We ship materials anywhere in Italy and Europe.
assembly
Working in partnership with our site managers we coordinate teams to carry out efficient and professional assembly. During assembly we work with the utmost care for executive details, whilst fully respecting delivery times and quoted costs.
